Great deal, great service.

Very pleased with the car as it was in excellent condition and was well described in the advertisement. Also it was well priced! The guys at Bridge Motors were very helpful and did everything they could to make the deal as easy as possible, especially as I had quite a distance to travel . They did everything that they promised. No complaints at all and strongly recommend them!

A good news story for a change.

We all know buying a second hand car can be a lottery and things can go wrong.The most important thing is, if they do go wrong what is done about it.In my case I it did go wrong, very wrong, an entire DSG gearbox wrong.! The car was a recent purchase so it was still under warranty but here's the rub, you only find out how good the warranty and the car dealer are when problems occur and some times car warranties aren't worth the paper they are written on.! Fortunately for me i bought my car from Raj at Bridge Motors in Wednesbury Not only did he come and open up his showroom at 20:30 so i could drop the towed car off, he then took the car to a gearbox to a specialist to have it repaired properly with no argument. The total bill for the job was, (drum roll) £3,000 !! There was an AA warranty of £1,000, so you do the math. Raj, not only have you restored my faith in car dealers but in humanity itself.! I would highly recommend this dealer even to my Mom. Thanks again..

I can honestly say hand on heart these guys are fantastic I have had some issues with my car and that’s wear and tear and a gear box issue through no fault of there’s , without hesitation these guys have done way more then they even needed to to get my car fixed and to agree on another motor I highly recommend this company if your looking for a descent car and friendly staff this is the place to go many thanks NH

Bought a small car for my daughter. Colin was completely open about history of the car and agreed to do a couple of minor repairs just to give me peace of mind. Great service and a very fair price. Can't ask for more from a second hand car dealership.

After having someone hit into the back of our old car last year, my wife and I found bridge Motors, we had bad experiences from car dealers before but when we went to bridge motors, the staff were extremely friendly and not once did they pressure us into buying a car but gave us time to look around and answer any questions we had, they were really helpful and I would buy from them again! Would highly recommend,
also the car came with rac warranty which is great as there was a few problems with the car we had (not their fault) but they had it fixed for free and we have not had problems since. Keep up the great work, it's hard to find honest/kind pre owned car dealers!.

First class experience with Colin and Raj. No messing straight forward. Had a problem with the car literally on the way home after picking up. A call to Raj had the car picked up in under 2 hours, fixed in 24 and dropped back at the door. Turbo had developed a fault and had to be replaced. Not cheap, no quibble at all. Great customer service from Colin and Raj,

Spoke with Raj who was very nice and very down to earth. He took my car for a good price and i traded it for a great condition BMW. The car only had 5 months MOT and Raj had to rush to get it an MOT but I think the other owner may have stitched him up a little bit there ;) Overall a good and not so stressful car purchasing experience. Would recommend.
